Before I knew I wanted to sell my soul and join the world of advertising, I aspired to be a sports writer. As luck would have it, I ended up at Oregon's largest independent sports blog, FishDuck.com, before I even set foot on campus my freshmen year.
In a year and a half I worked my way up from a semi-regular columnist to a senior writer and the eventual managing editor, with over 50 employees working under me.
I was 19, but 130 articles and over one million page views later I'd say it turned out alright.
